Don't Do It!
Come on. I know I say it can be done...but, just don't. Not unless you have to because some family emergency or you're moving for a job or whatnot. Just relax for a few year, or leave the tot at home. Your little precious one won't remember much of anything until they're 4 (I know this -- we took our 2 y.o. kids on a vacation, they don't remember a single bit, even with photos.)
Or: Leave 'Em
Dump the kids with the grandparents. Take a vacation, just the two of you. We've done this. It works great. After Spending all your time and effort on these little dears, you deserve a little adult break.
